The World Series is well underway. So far I have played 5 events. I keep making it to the last level of Day 1.
It seems like that’s were u have to win the pots.
The levels really jump there !

Last Friday the 6th and it was the day of my “Ladies Hall Of Fame” Poker Induction.

 
Jan Fisher, and June Field were also inducted.
Barbara Enright introduced me, she was great.

Mike Sexton was the master of ceremonies, and of course he made this event very special.
It was an incredible night. Red carpet, Induction ceremony, dining, dancing and a silent auction for “Poker Gives” Charity .

My dad and my daughter Shannon were there and about 300 other guests!
I was a little anxious about doing my speech but once I got up there I was fine and it went well.
I had a GREAT TIME !
I felt very honored.

For those of you that are interested, I will be hosting a “Poker Gives” charity tournament taking place this Sunday, May 17th on Full Tilt Poker. The buy-in will be $5+$5 with the $5 entry fee for each player benefiting the Intrepid Fallen Heroes, Paralyzed Veterans Foundation and the Special Olympics.

I finished in 4th place … paid 17,200.
Happily… considering the chip count when we were 6 handed — I was getting low.
I felt real good about how I played!
I had a Great time too!
